Distinction DJ Services offers the simple solution to the best entertainment for your wedding or function - the best quality DJ only shows or a Complete Live Music Package with full DJ show, stunning lighting & state of the art sound system, booked direct with the people who will be there on the night.When booking a DJ the set will be performed by Mick Coltrane as either a DJ only show or with WILD HONEY as a seamless continuation of the evenings entertainment. This is not, as some bands and artists do, just playing backing music between the live band performances, but a state of the art DJ set using the latest technology and a massive library of songs mixed live as the dance floor dictates. From our smallest set up to our full marquee filling electrovoice rig we have put together the best quality live sound reproduction available. DJ music is based around a top of the range HD digital system which allows us to find any song in our library of thousands within seconds.
We carry every genre of music and mix the songs live to the audience, no 'jive bunny' mixes or DJ compilations. Not every wedding has to be 'Hi ho silver lining' & the Grease megamix, with our DJ packages we play what you want us to play.
For each DJ set or live music package our aim is to make the night as bespoke to you as possible with special requests happily accepted and our performance times to suit you.
